Confirmation, Tracking and Order Status

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email(s) containing delivery and tracking information.

Merchandise ships directly from our manufacturers, often in multiple packages and shipments. You will receive a tracking order email for each item and/or group of items detailing its contents and indicating the estimated arrival date.

Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the shipping email address. Please be sure to correctly enter your email address during the check-out process to ensure receipt of your order confirmation and tracking information. Also, please be sure to check your "bulk", "spam" or "junk mail" folder to see if your confirmation e-mail was directed there.

To check on the status on your order, please login to MY ACCOUNT on the homepage. You will be asked to enter the order number and billing email address to retrieve the status of your order. You may also contact us at customerservice@petalprinting.com or 817-888-5555. Please include your name and order number in the email. We will respond to email inquiries within 1 business day.

Expedited Shipping Rates

Merchandise can be expedited for an additional fee.  Our products vary greatly in size and wieght.  Expedited shipping fees are estimated and balances (if any) will be returned to your credit card when the order is shipped.

                Overnight shipping (+$150)

                Overnight Saturday shipping (+$200)

The production turnaround time will remain the same. If you wish to rush merchandise production time, you may choose to pay a Production Rush Fee.

*Please refer to "US Ground Shipping Transit Chart" below before choosing to expedite your order. Depending on your location you may already have 1-2 days shipping.

 

Production Rush Fees

Some of our merchandise production time can be rushed for an additional fee. All Cups, Koozies, Napkins and Coasters can be rushed for the following fee (s).   Orders received after 12:00 p.m. NOON CST will be processed the next business day.  Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

72 Hour Rush Printing (+$20)
Orders are guaranteed to ship from our printing facility in 3 business days.  Example; Orders received on Monday before 12:00 p.m. NOON CST will ship on Thursday.

48 Hour Rush Printing (+$30)
Orders are guaranteed to ship from our printing facility in 2 business days.  Example; Orders received on Monday before 12:00 p.m. NOON CST will ship on Wednesday.

24 Hour Rush Printing (+$40)
Orders are guaranteed to ship from our printing facility in 1 business day. Example; Orders received on Monday before 12:00 p.m. NOON CST will ship on Tuesday.

Embroidery and Jewelry merchandise production times can be rushed dependant on the season and order back-log. Please contact us at customerservice@petalprinting.com or 817.888.5555 before placing the order to determine if Production Rush is available on your merchandise. If it is available, Embroidery and Jewelry merchandise can be rushed for the following fee:

 

1 Business Day Rush Engraving or Embroidery (+$30)
Orders are guaranteed to ship from our engraving and embroidery facility in 1 business day.

Stationery merchandise can NOT be rushed.

Proof Requests for Rush or Expedited Shipping Merchandise

We do not recommend proofs for rush orders. When applicable, proofs are emailed to you within 1 business day of receipt of the order. The rush only starts upon receipt of your proof approval. Proof approvals must be received by 3:00 p.m. CST to prevent adding another business day to your order.

 

Turnaround Time and Ground Shipping Transit Time

Merchandise is shipped via UPS and FedEx from our printing facilities in Alabama, Illinois and Texas. Refer to the chart and map below to determine which carrier is used for your items and how long it will take your order to reach you via ground shipping. For example, personalized napkins ordered on a Monday will ship on the following Tuesday.

Shipping to Post Office Boxes

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Post Office Boxes.

 

Shipping on Weekends

We ship on business days only. Business days do not include Saturdays (unless you have chosen UPS Next Day Air - Saturday delivery) or Sundays. Also, please consider the following holidays into account when planning your delivery time; Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years.

 

Shipping Internationally

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
